Spring is Here

Spring is here! What better way to celebrate than to have a party! The hubby is out of town so the kids and I decided to have a party. I invited over my closest girlfriends for a girls night in. I had to have my pink tablecloth and purple plates since that is something we never see around here. We enjoyed strawberry margaritas, buffalo chicken sandwiches, chicken roll ups, chips and dip, and some wonderful chocolate covered strawberries from Jackie and delicious chocolate mix from Jodi. The kids had their own party room upstairs. Alex's room had the food table, and they used the playroom to play star wars, football, etc. Us girls had some fun with a chocolate exchange and a game of ring the bell which led to some interesting discussions. I just want to thank my friends again for all they do for me. They are always there when I need someone to watch my kids or just to listen when I need advice.
