On Dec. 12th Lauren celebrated her 8 and a half birthday! I have always made the kids a little cake on their half birthdays. Lauren loves chocolate cake, so we had chocolate cake with chocolate icing. Hard to believe she is almost 9. Happy birthday Lauren!

What a fun thing to do. I will have to remember to do this for the boys.
PS, it was a lot of work making the gingerbread house. Arann & Liam were eating more then making but we have a lot of fun, just like you I think we will pass next year.
